How-To

To be able to practice Alchemy you will need to acquire an Alchemy Runestone

Then go to Alchemy (Market -> Alchemy)

Then you pick 2 items to mix (they must be herbs from the Public Garden), and try!
There is a 50 Star shards fee for every recipe, this fee only applies to a valid recipe (If you find a combination that is not valid you will not lose any Star shards)
There is a chance to fail sometimes, the greater the reward the higher the chance to fail, so you may need to try a few times to succeed! Don't give up!

More recipes will be loaded randomly so make sure to try out combos here and there you may find a new outcome! (It will be announced anytime new recipes are loaded)
