The Public Garden is a quiet enchanted garden that grows back every 15 mins.
You can visit it by going to Explore -> Public Garden.

You will need Garden Runestone to gather in the garden, you can buy one in the items shop.

Simply go to the garden to gather from it, and you will walk away with a basket that opens into random flowers and herbs you acquired, or, sometimes you may find nothing appears ready.
